Yea. I think this just comes down to the complexity of how trust is developed in the first place. Trust is also not something that can be determined in a very short timeframe but requires independent circumstances so that those can be compared. Needs to be some amount of convergence where multiple channels point toward trust from different directions.
Not something typically handled by verbal "propositions", at least not exclusively.
