"content": "Cube + old FireWire 400 Companion Iomega Drive + OWC SATA enclosure chained with FW400-FW800 cable.\n\nOnly role of the the Iomega so far is to make the OWC enclosure +SSD work reliably on the Cube. It provides sufficient FireWire power I guess.\n\nNow can boot Sorbet Leopard from FireWire SSD and Classic Mac OS 9.22 from internal IDE drive (fast enough really).\n\nAlso discovering hotline which I never used back in the days. Is it archeology or piracy ?\n\n#retrocomputing #CubeG4 #Apple\nhttps://cdn.masto.host/mastolemaorg/media_attachments/files/112/726/012/434/713/640/original/88820e390a997059.jpeg\nhttps://cdn.masto.host/mastolemaorg/media_attachments/files/112/726/012/768/869/786/original/5547c7dd9436396b.png\n",
