I'm not there to see details, but Arabic people say this when they are getting lots emotions (like happyness, adrenaline, or fear, etc).
This means something like "oh my God" (though literally it is "God is the greatest).
So they will say this if they bungee jump, or see something too scary, or something too beautiful.
