Trio's Off Grid Update:
Been living off grid for about a week now. Took a little getting used to it at first but I think the wife and I are hitting our stride.
No desktop PC means no late nights at 3am anymore. Having all the animals and the morning chores means no sleeping in anymore. My sleep schedule has been fixed and I'm enjoying having a cup of coffee in the morning before doing my daily duties.
We've also been exploring all the local bars and eateries in the area. Lots of stuff around us even though we're in the middle of fucking nowhere. Went to a great pizza place the other night and got a 25% discount for being locals. Got to chat with the owner for a bit before taking off.
Everyone up here is incredibly nice and I'm still getting used to it. When someone asks about your day they genuinely care and want to know more about you. Excited to see what life is like once we've settled in fully.
