"content": "I think so? I’d say it worth trying out (I mean, that’s what I did). You’re already mixing things up. \n\nI’m doing an hour of Apple\nFitness Monday to Friday; yoga for runners, then 20 minutes of HIIT, 30 of strength, then the next day 30 HIIT, and 20 strength.\n\nThe HIIT is tough (none of the workouts are the same so far) - I’m in my 50s, but it’s nice to be challenged like this. I don’t do much of the jumping as I don’t want to wake our neighbour downstairs. 🤣",
