Every time I walk the dog, I make a point of picking up any litter I come across. But somehow, within just a few weeks, the same spots are covered in trash again. The strangest part? I never actually see anyone doing the littering. It remains one of life’s great mysteries to me.
There are no raccoons in the area - just added the photo for flair.
