Internships: all by Product
1st job: all by Product
2nd job: mostly Product, with some help from the EM
3rd job: mostly product, with some help from the EM
Now at my current job, we're just setting up 2 week sprints, but people seem to want it to be solely eng-driven, which feels siloed.
