i mean to be honest i've had a couple of bad interactions with them before. been to three different guitar centers and every employee i interacted with had an attitude problem except for the one time i went in with a friend of mine who was well known by the staff at that location because he's always dropping a bunch of money in there. then i got treated like a king. soured me on the joint ever since.
