I have just published v1.1.0-rc5 of my #11ty Interlinker Plugin: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@photogabble/eleventy-plugin-interlinker
This makes it build as both CommonJS and ESM as well as has a bugfix for compatibility with the latest version of 11ty.
Going to give it a test with some of my websites before releasing v1.1.0 propper.
