I bought a 20 lb bag of rice because the picture looked smaller lol..
Would recommend tossing after a week tops. General guidelines suggest 3-4 days for leftover rice. You might not die eating 2 week old rice but it is a perfect home for bacteria to thrive.
Of course, to each their own.
