BTW: I've heard once that the anatomy of male and female breasts are identical (with different proportions of specific cell types). And therefor male breast can also induce lactation (on a very small scale), if physical stimulation like the one the baby would produce is applied to the male breast. Furthermore no external input like hormones have to be provided for this.
