bulgarian solution is a thing called a "higenichen dush" hygiene shower... they have T adapters for the feeder of the toilet cistern and a hose and a "gun" style with the squeeze trigger lever at the back so you can point it at your behind parts
you can get these parts all over south eastern europe in fact, and they are found in some places here and there in former yugoslavia too
