If you do highly skilled, highly repetitive work that has a lot of legacy data sitting around then you should be very worried.
e.g. interpreting MRI scans, preparing legal contracts, doing accounts, drawing pictures.
If you are a midwife, or a dentist, or a carpenter then you have less to worry about.
