A month ago I posted about a userscript that allowed Google search in safari to redirect to the “web” tab which has no AI. I found a more general solution. There’s a Safari extension “xSearch” (a few dollars to work on all Apple platforms) that lets you change default search engine to eg Google with no AI (need to make a new search string with the appropriate Web URL) and let’s you make shortcuts like “g x” to search normal Google with “x”, or any other search engines like chatGPT or Wikipedia.
