Worms and Fishes
Fishes and worms in a feeding ground—
a web.
A place where big fish eat small fish—
and so on.
Worms consume the waste of yesterday’s language,
excrete words,
fertilize plastic trees
planted on generated hills,
in a fishbowl.
The cellophane sun ripples,
lifeless waves, no charge—
rays, waves, are lines in a vacuum,
enfolded nanofibrils zee in a split--
within a pretend universe.
Bubbles lift and pop.
Worms, and
fishes feed bigger fishes.
