I was initially VERY skeptical that Threads would actually build in ActivityPub support.
But some folks convinced me otherwise when it launched, and to be fair, their arguments were well-supported.
Starting to look like my initial hunch was correct. Even if Threads does end up federating with Mastodon instances one day, we're a long, long way from that.
