As I understand it, the SCOTUS as the last stop as an Appellate Court, they are not responsible for the veracity of the facts of a case, that is handled much lower down.
So the BS of the Web Designer (who as I understand it doesn’t run a web design business, it’s aspirational) rejecting a client (who, as it turns out is fictional) should have been determined way before it got to SCOTUS.
This thing stinks from the beginning to the end.
