Can you name one animal on earth where two individuals of that species have a different optimal diet?
The answer is...👇👇👇
...No.
Some plant-eaters get extremely stuck on this fallacy that "Everyone is different, I feel great eating plants," when in reality they're capping themselves at an extremely low bar, as they have no idea what it feels like to have ZERO plant toxins clogging up their bodily systems.
The tragedy is that these people have been so deeply indoctrinated by their favorite Netflix documentary that they are mentally incapable of connecting the dots between the health deterioration they're experiencing, and the food they're ingesting. They are so wholly convinced that fruits & vegetables are the healthiest thing you can eat, that they've never once considered this human-indigestible plant fiber may in fact be the INSTIGATOR causing their digestive woes, mental health degredation, skin problems, hormonal irregularity, etc.
They think they're doing good for nature, because that's what Netflix told them. But the reality is they are giving the middle finger to nature, because they aren't eating the food we are specifically designed to (ideally exclusively) eat: fatty red meat.
Stop disrespecting nature, and your place in it. Try the carnivore diet for 90 days, and all of these pro-meat rants from weirdos like myself will suddenly make sense.
