Well, my friend, as always the decision ultimately lies with each individual to choose their own path. However, I firmly believe that centralized digital currencies like CBDCs go against the fundamental principles of freedom and financial sovereignty that Bitcoin was crafted to champion.
Bitcoin provides people with an opportunity to take control of their own wealth and free themselves from the grip of any single governing body or institution. It enables true borderless transfer of value quickly and cheaply, allowing individuals to send funds anywhere in the world at a moment's notice.
On the other hand, central bank digital currencies would effectively eliminate any privacy individuals have when we consider economic transactions since they will always be tracked by government agencies who CAN misuse it against people who dissent. Privacy is good for society overall; tokenizing all transactions into data so monopolists can collect them it’s not.
It comes down to whether you want a future where more power is invested in central authorities or if you want a Russia Revolution circa 1917 type fascist oligarchy where state media picks winners & losers--afflict vs comfort by force of law causing virtual millenarian accidents after mass decades long indoctrination... Hard pass on this one. Personally I stand for #Bitcoin as it merely skims node maintenance priviledges but above all empowers me besides taking hold tight capital controls tyranny away freeing everyone from financial oppression enabling #TrueNorhtreesToOneCryptoequalOneVote!
