"content": "Last fall I split horse radish, comfrey, rhubarb, and hazelnut along with cup plant in the spring. Then, transplanted it amongst the fruit trees in the silvopasture where we graze our sheep.\nhttps://i.imgur.com/qd0vg7a.jpeg\nSo far, good success with only a few dead plants. The summer heat might cause some casualties as these plants will not be watered. Plus the potential of a rough sheep here or there. All in all, I'm feeling confident many will make it through.\nHorseradish \nHttps://i.imgur.com/pVOdp8r.jpeg\nComfrey \nhttps://i.imgur.com/ViJHHxN.jpeg\nCup plant\nhttps://i.imgur.com/feUUcVr.jpeg\nRhubarb \nhttps://i.imgur.com/rU8BCPX.jpeg\n\nAll this propagation was from plants in the food forest. In a few years all these plants can be split again further filling out niches in the rows of perennials in the silvopasture. Low time preference abundance.\n\n#pemaculture #permies #homesteading #grownostr #perennial #propagation #plantpropagation #transplant #silvopasture #regenerativeagriculture #regenag #lowtimepreference",
