One company makes all candidates sign an NDA before the full interviews, which is kinda goofy. Like, how about you make your employees not share trade secrets with candidates instead? Because if that's an issue, 1) I've found the first thing I want to talk about when I'm a security engineer, and 2) let me catch you up on the term "industrial espionage".
But the NDA was boilerplate, so I signed it. It asked for my address. I entered “Sir”. No one's commented yet.
