The previous generation were the kids of the 60's. What do you mean they didn't ask questions? That's just obviously not true. Flower power was totally counter cultural in its early years. And the decade before that there was Elvis 50's with the beginning of Rock n Roll and the beginnings of American civil rights. The Beat Generation was back in the 40's questioning everything, too. How far do we need to go?
Yeah, we saw a lot of world changing tech arrive in the years above, but there was plenty of questioning and rebelliousness long before us. It's weird that we have to pretend we were special or different.
