I think there is something you all are overlooking here. There are a few options.
Switzerland has some very good laws that would shield a project like this if the server was hosted here and there was also a developer responsible for it there. That is why torrenting is very popular in this country.
Another route would be to go through the developer list. See who lives in a country that could actually just go through the process of registering Alexandria and related projects as an actual non-profit library. May not give you full shielding capabilities, but it would give you a damn good chance of successfully defending yourself in a court of law.
The best and most badass option in my opinion would be this. Take to the high seas. Go to international waters. Set up a boat with a decent satellite internet link. Run the servers from there, or rig up a buoy that is big, has solar panels, water proofed, and have a small computer with the satellite internet link. Just hanging out in the middle of the ocean. Anchored and broadcasting. Shit mleku (nprofile…eck4) you are already pretty much there where you live right now.
