It feels more controlled than ever. Oddly. Makes it more of my choice. I can going out without feeling strangers. I can talk to ppl without absorbing their pain or illness to the degree I did before. I get less physical symptoms.
The warnings still trigger but it also keeps ppl out. I was always a strong projector, like you. It just more dulled to others of similar dysfunction.
