I had the chance to do this for the past two weeks.
Worked wonders.
I was in a place with shitty internet. That helped the most since I couldn’t „access“ all the madness.
So, whatever you plan to do, it’s probably most helpful to not access the internet as well and just focus on the current moments and surroundings.
