Birthday #run 🏃♂️
Hurtling towards another big one. 58 today. Celebrating with a lovely run through Battersea Park, in the opposite direction to all the club runners flying by at sub 7 min pace! 🚀
In all honesty, I’m so grateful that I feel fit and well enough to be running seven miles before my birthday waffles 🧇 and I truly hope to be doing so when I reach 68, 78 and 88.
I owe huge thanks to #running and #yoga.
