After all, the mere sight of Palestinians in their orchards or Natives in the Prairies ignited the wildest annihilationist dreams and desires in the frontier. Nevertheless, we are told it is world-shattering madness to stop this madness. There cannot be a ceasefire. There cannot be a stop to genocide. Only a war to the last one of them would suffice."
