Goddamn it. Donkey tried to kick Bonk. I shouted and distracted him and he missed, but he can easily kill these sheep. I think he needs a place to go with other donkeys or a horse. He's lonely and sad. It's not his fault. He was separated from his equine family by his caretaker's widow after the man passed away, but we can't force him to be miserable here with no peers and also endanger the sheep.
The poor guy. We've been slowly building trust and now in a moment of emergency I've made him so afraid he won't even look at me. My heart is heavy for him.
