I wasn't sedated, but I did get the NOX. My dentist had posters on the ceiling with hidden animals, so his patients had something to distract them. And of course, noise cancelling head phones with music were provided.
My son was fully sedated. The staff kept saying he was a trooper. Really? He slept through the whole thing!
