Well..that was awful..an 8 of awful on the bike for the first ride and I just had no energy at all...felt like my body was searching in every dark corner for little scraps of it until about 8 miles when the toast and peanut butter kicked in and i started to feel better..now I'm having a second cup of coffee before I get back on the bike for the second ride...it's nice to get our sleepy little town back after 60,000 people came in for the concerts..looking forward to quiet...good morning!
