The Federal Authority for Revenue has obtained two new international accreditations and received certificates «ISO 31000:2018» for international standardization of risk management system and «ISO 44001:2017» for international standardization of partner relationship management system. In the presence of Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Director General of the Federal Authority for Revenue, Jassim Al Zarooni, Director of Strategy and Future at the Federal Authority for Revenue, received the certificates from Nizar Bashir, Executive Director of Global Business Bureau for Audit and Inspection. Khalid Ali Al Bustani emphasized that the two new accreditations enhance the trust in the services and systems developed by the Federal Authority for Revenue, which are continuously developed to improve performance, ensure data protection and security, and enhance services and outputs in all sectors, including risk management and partner relationship management through the implementation of a comprehensive quality management system to achieve operations, document them, and use an integrated system approach. He added: This achievement is an extension of the comprehensive quality system that the Federal Authority for Revenue is committed to following the best international standards continuously, as it has obtained many ISO certificates to support its efforts to achieve excellence and distinction. Al Bustani also stated: Maintaining quality standards is one of the essential tools to achieve the Federal Authority for Revenue's vision of continuously upgrading the quality of its services, and in this context, we adopt integrated policies to achieve our vision as a leading international revenue authority in collecting taxes and consolidating a culture of voluntary compliance to support financial sustainability.
