well truth in action *could* be clumsy
Competence has the concept of fitness; adequacy; suitableness, skilledness. I can try to tan leather using truths. But without practice and skill, I'm incompetent.
action isn't inherently good. sometimes the right thing to do is nothing. acting would be a sign of incompetence.
also can truth be in action? or do we act in light of truth?
