"Who will care for the sick and elderly" he asks? Why don't we take money from the rich and pay people a living wage to take care of their family members? Why not just pay care givers in general a living wage?
This is not to say that there isn't a place for new technology, it is just that tech bros are only interested in things that will "blow up" and make them the next Elon Musk.
