For me, a strength & conditioning coach, a tough practice room, brutal honesty from my coaches, and film study were the most helpful.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to help others grow.
Since I wrestled half of my life, I figured low hanging fruit is to help jiujitsu athletes improve their stand up game with online wrestling courses. But I'm curious what else might help
