You gain more empathy for people who can’t see what Bitcoin is when you realize every single thing you’ve ever encountered that sounded anything remotely like bitcoin turned out to be a scam, up until bitcoin. The only thing worse than losing all of your money is being seen as the village idiot. Your friends will still love you but they would never trust your judgment again when it comes to investment. Every now and then I think, “Did I miss something?”. Don’t ever let them make you believe holding was easy. Don’t ever let them make you believe “hoarding” your time and energy for a better future for you are your family harms anyone else.
