This is a very broad question but I'm open to all ideas:
How do you get someone who claims to care about an issue, but doesn't do anything, engaged?
The specific example I have in mind is friends worried about the climate, but not doing anything in either their personal life or in activist spaces. They feel worried, and they feel guilty, they have the time and financial resources, but something still holds them back.
