Rep. Greene (R-GA14) and Rep. Massie (R-KY4) say they will force a motion to vacate the Speaker next week. There will almost certainly be a motion to table first which, if it passed, would end the process. If not, then they go to the actual motion to vacate. Enough Democrats have indicated they’d support Johnson either actively or by not showing up for the vote (and thus reducing the number needed for a majority) that it is expected to fail.
