This is the threat to #freespeech that nostr isn't enough to counter. Ideally we who like freespeech, help by expanding the first amendment outside of the USA.
As long as there is an EU, it would be crucial to reform it such that US first amendment level protection of free speech was recognized by the member states in the EU.
Currently that's not the case. And what's allowed to say in one country, might have you arrested in another; which is troubling.
