At work, I fight a long battle against people who insist on creating out of date documents that don't update and then whining about the errors.
Yesterday I achieved the nirvana stage of having someone ask whether the info I sent was from the correct, live doc. I have embedded it to that level. I didn't even care that despite masses of work, he didnt have a clue that it was my data.
