I get where folks are coming from when they talk about applying SCotUS rulings against conservatives. I hope they try. I'll be EXTREMELY surprised if it does what's intended, though, because the rulings were made assuming that cases against conservatives will be ignored or found not to have merit.
Remember: "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."
