Dimwit neighbor across the street is using a GAS leaf blower to remove.....wait for it....PINE NEEDLES....from the driveway that he never uses. So he's generating noise and carbon pollution for the sake of keeping up appearances.
A rake would suffice if those pine needles are such a problem. Or a battery powered blower that wouldn't annoy everyone else.
