I find the entire thing contradictory since i'm punished for being open and honest while at the same time being told i'm not open and honest.
I do nothing but advocate for my users, advocate for the future of mastodon and fediverse and show enthusiasm for making this place - universeodon and the fediverse better.
I am disappointed at how this whole thing turned out with all the fighting and battling.
We at universeodon didn't defederate or block any instances. We took all the punches. We smiled. We nodded and we kept doing what we do best - we kept communicating to our users and being open and honest.
I am extremely disappointed that discussions i have with other admins in hopes of trying to solve complex problems of user agency and the "HOA" vibe mastodon has been used to defederate us & used in a completely ignorant and intentionally deceitful context.
I'm more concerned that NO ONE reached out to me to speak to any of this.
*THAT* is the problem we face.
