you know that thing where, any time commercial software has a new version it's eager for you to click through a bunch of crap talking about how proud the product team is of their work and won't you please click on the new button so the metrics will show people use it and the product manager can get promoted?
we think it makes a good example of how being in a corporate bubble kinda skews how even well-intentioned people think about stuff
