He hopefully represents a return to Lawful Evil instead of the Chaotic Evil GOP we now have. Also Trump’s end is measured in years. He’ll do terrible damage and then be gone. Vance has many decades left. Does he necessarily want to end the constitutional order and keep that up for decades, dodging the inevitable backlash? I doubt it. And he doesn’t have the charisma to hold that pirate ship together.",
