...is Vivaldi (mac) overriding system DNS with its own unchangeable encrypted DNS settings? or did I break it?
I've done a lot of weird playing around on this macbook, but Safari is responding to system DNS as expected. Firefox is responding to system DNS as expected. Both show resolving to NextDNS.
Vivaldi, afaik, has refused to incorporate custom DNS settings so far, but is showing my DNS resolver as Datacamp Limited (which is typical of VPNs such as Adguard and Proton).
