What are you talking about? You expressed an emotional opinion about the due process rights of gang members, and I simply provided the objective facts about due process, and it's application. It's a fact that due process is a guaranteed right enumerated in the Constitution. And It's a fact that every person in US jurisdiction is protected by that right. That's just basic, constitutional truth. There's no games, or bullshit. It's literally the plain truth.

Now, if you don't like the Constitution or the protections it affords to all people, that's a different issue. And if you want to change the Constitution to better reflect your worldview, then you need to contact your representatives and urge them to pass a new amendment. I'm not sure how you arrived at the idea that I was playing games or bullshitting you, but I assure you that you are mistaken on that point.
