Whether it's talking about racism, #Mastodon, or my topic, #UXDesign, I see the same tired replies:
* I don't see it!
* Love it or FORK it!
* But the other team is just as bad!
* This feature works for me, what's your problem?
* That's a good thing, it keeps out the riffraff
I'm in no position to talk about racism! But as a UX designer, I see these tired arguments everywhere. I'm empathic to everyone facing them.
Community discussion is never easy! We need to engage better, not deflect.
