You know those ticket tracker templates that a lot of people use? Things like
1. Describe the bug
2. What you did
3. What happened
4. What you expected to happen
5. Further information
I hate these so much. I am constantly writing tickets like:
1. The bug is that the fizzboo florbs when it should flub.
2. I accessed the fizzboo.
3. It florbed.
4. It ought to have flubbed.
5. Flubbing is bad in this context because it is not the same as florbing.

It is such a huge waste of time. Do us all a favour and remove these bureaucratic things from your ticket trackers...
