Wanna know the ancient secret of not having concurrency issues? It's called not having shared mutable data in the first place. And for a library that is supposed to provide pure functions, none seems required whatsoever.

Tbh the rest of your arguments make even less sense than the one about async above. All that data is just compiled overbloated XML that shouldn't be there in the first place. First of all, because there are more sane ways to specify all that data. And secondly, because most of it is redundant anyway.

So yeah, it's a typical overly bloated solution to a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place.
