Blue Shield health insurance just informed me that somehow, they don’t understand how, they intentionally used Google Analytics and somehow, they don’t understand how, Google Ads may have used that protected medical information to target me with ads. They’re really sorry, but offer no assistance, recompense, or even accept blame for their clear misunderstanding that allowing an advertising firm to see all transactions to their site is a violation. #MoreLuigiPlease
